If I were speaker of the House, aside from a few other actions I - TopicsExpress

If I were speaker of the House, aside from a few other actions I mentioned today, I would send a strongly worded letter to the President telling him in no uncertain terms that every waiver, delay change and favor he did for his special interests to get them out from under Obamacare is illegal and are not recognized by Congress. The letter would include a copy of a legal brief and filing to be submitted to the U.S.Supreme Court directly due to these actions being in direct violation of the law. As Speaker, i would not issue a warning to the President. We are past the point of shots across the bow. The guy holds himself out to be a Constitutional professor, so he already knows he broke the law. Similar actions by Presidents such as Clinton and Nixon were upheld in favor of Congress.
