If an armed conflict is inevitable between China and a U.S.-Japan-led coalition, and if: 1.) our defense preps are completed in time after obtaining a favorable arbtiral ruling on the case we filed against China; 2.) the worlds nations and public opinion is behind the PH; 3.) the coalition being stitched by the U.S. and Japan is firmly interoperable; there is nothing that can stop the PH from confidently standing up to China in the West PH Sea if it finally launches armed hostilities, backed by the coalition. By then, China will be facing the might of the coalitions navies and air forces stretched along the South China Sea and the First and Second Island Chains. Wescom and Nolcom should have their air and naval defense forces fully in place by that time to detect, deter and defeat whatever China throws our way. And the coalition must adopt NATOs dictum that an attack on one is an attack on all.
