If any of you are wondering why I am so passionate about Plexus products this is my why! My Plexus story begins the first of April 2014 with both parents ill, my mom battling cancer and my dad with type 2 diabetes and scary high blood sugars (up to 500 at times). Because of my moms poor health and his own health issues my dad was depressed and had kind of shut down. He was tired and had no motivation to change his lifestyle or get better. An old back injury (a cracked vertebrae he had years ago) and severe neuropathy made it difficult for him to be active. Diet Dr. Pepper and junk food had become an addiction for him. I had no idea at the time but now he tells me he was probably drinking 10 Diet Dr. peppers a day! A good friend told me about all of the wonderful ways Plexus was improving her health. I felt like God was telling me now was the time to make a move and after telling my dad about Plexus we decided to take the plunge together. Right away his blood sugars started going down. By the end of the week they had dropped from the mid-200s to under 100 (and as low as 81!) He had more energy and was starting to act like himself again. By the end of the month his blood sugar was consistently in normal ranges and he had lost 12 pounds. Sweets were not sounding as good to him and he had cut way back on pop and junk food and was drinking mostly water. At that point we both knew Plexus was a life changer. His doctor was in shock that his A1C dropped 2 points in such a short time. At his next Dr. Appointment in June his A1C was down to 6.2. The doctor told him under 6 is not even considered diabetic range anymore. By this time he had lost nearly 30 pounds. The doctor was so excited about his transformation she said she was going to start researching Plexus. My dad has also been on the Fast Relief and Nerve Health since June. He is feeling so much better! In the past he was unable to even walk through a store without sitting down. Now he can do this easily. He is doing the things he used to love..spending time with grandkids, going to their sporting events, going to car shows and swap meets (that requires a lot of walking) without all of the pain that used to hold him down. Not one but TWO of my moms oncologists have seen my dads transformation and the ingredient lists and have approved the products for her when she is done with her current treatment (she has to wait only because she is on a study medication that very closely monitors any supplements). I cant wait to see how these products will help my mom like they did my dad!
