If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all - TopicsExpress

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him (James 1:5, NKJV). Godly wisdom in our daily affairs makes all the difference. When one has wisdom from above, it is easy to distinguish. In Proverbs 4:7, NKJV, it is written: Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in your getting, get understanding. Every genuine believer needs wisdom and understanding from God to be able not only to make it through life on a daily basis, but also to make their ministries fool and devil proof. My Bible records in 1 Kings 3:5-13, NKJV, that when God visited Solomon the son of David who had recently been anointed king and asked him what he wanted God to do for him, this was Solomons response: Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of yours?...Gods response: behold, I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding , so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you. God remains the only One who specializes in calling forth those things that be not as if there are...(Romans 4:17, NKJV). God called forth His wisdom upon Solomon even before He left Solomon and it came to be so. Tis singular request by Solomon earned him riches and honor from God in addition to the wisdom from above already granted him by God. Have a God blessed, miracle and testimony filled New Week everyone in Jesus name, Amen.
