If anyone from the Boise area is competing in Vancouver this weekend who is not a part of our team, Big Jon Fitness wishes you the best of luck and hopes you achieved your fitness goals in pursuing a show. One of our focuses this year is to be more welcoming to any competitor regardless of who they train with. This is a fun sport and it is mentally draining and annoying hearing he/she said rumors throughout the area about this trainer or that trainer or this gym or that gym etc. We support the sport and we hope anyone who walks on stage feels like they did their best when they walk off and feels accomplished. We are all working towards a common goal and as you get older you start to just not give a shit anymore about drama. We have our team and are proud of each and every member and they are our focus. Many trainers have heard me say before in building a business what is the number one thing to focus on and that is always focus on what is right there in front of you, someone is trusting you to do a job so dont worry about what goes on around you and only focus on what is in front of you and you cant fail. So this weekend we are focused on our team members but if you are backstage and dont know what to do or have a question and are not a part of our team and are from Boise than feel free to ask us questions.
