If anyone has been trying to contact me via anything other than my cell phone, chances are, I may not have received the message. Thanks to wonderful Time Warner, I am now experiencing my SECOND 4-DAY OUTAGE of all services: home phone, internet, and cable TV, in the last two weeks. I cant understand why it takes four days to even get a tech out for a longtime customer who pays on time and has ALL of their services AND is experiencing this for the SECOND time in two weeks. Customer service is an oxymoron! They are teaching me to live without their services and may find that I wont be a customer much longer if Im not under contract. Anyone else in NC have a recommendation for a replacement company?
