I work as a consultant in multiple sectors (healthcare, social care, education, engineering, IT, sales) and am looking for individuals that I can personally work with to secure future employment. Businesses in Lincolnshire are just becoming open to the idea of taking on extra staff. This means that skills are much sought after. Did you know that there are homes that have been approved for building in Lincolnshire that cant be built because of a skills shortage in the construction industry? Well, its true! Why is it that our services are being put under immense strain? Our county is a beautiful part of the UK. The national pay grades are the same here as they are in places such as Brighton, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool etc and yet here you can waken to birdsong - makes coping with a stress-filled day at work that much easier to handle, believe me! Im especially looking to speak with individuals with residential care experience, who are registered as a social worker with the HCPC. I would also like to speak to RGNs (child) working band 5-6 with an interest in intervention and support work to work with an extremely small group of children being provided with intervention therapies and support.
