If by an accident, we had captured Hakim Ullah Mehsud, he too would have been found innocent of all charges. His defense lawyers would have argued that he was captured by ISI, and not Police which was a violation of CRPC; then he would have pointed out that all charges against him were hearsay through Media, Newspapers and TV reports; the video which shows him ordering execution of Col. Imam was shot outside jurisdiction, actual camera was not seized by Police, statement of the cameraman who shot that film was not on record, You Tube can not be trusted as per Constitution of Pakistan and in any case a portal that carried blasphemous material could not be trusted as evidence against a pious Musallman; there would not be any witnesses (can you imagine??) HUMs two wives would have given interviews on biggest News Channel and also BBC to cry that he was innocent, real culprits were some CIA agents who had fled to Afghanistan and Jammat and JUIF would have demonstrated on streets and blocked D-Chowk...and not to be left behind, Human Right Commission of Pakistan would have demanded a fair trial reminding everyone that Mr. Mehsud is innocent until proven guilty...so are you really surprised that Sufi Muhammad has been found innocent ...Moral of the story: All what we have been hearing about him since 1990 was false, all spread around by CIA/ISI and media...there was no insurgency in SWAT; a laskhar never went to Afghanistan, government assets were never attacked, rebellion in SWAT in 2006-2009 was hearsay, military operation never took place and in any case Sufi Muhammad had nothing to do with it; Sufi was happily living with his several wives and countless grand children...ghosts killed hundreds of Army Jawans and SSG commandos were murdered by Indian agents...Welcome to Islamic Republic of Irrelevance..
