If hes right about the government putting people in jail and taking away their property for not paying taxes is unconstitutional then the whole idea of him being in jail is unconstitutional and a direct attack on the fact that he is knowledgeable in the reasons why evolution is the foundation for communism and we are being set up for such a dictatorship that the Bible speaks of.
