If im not mistaken my uncles birthday is coming up ....the person who showed me alot about traveling winter time iv learned alot thru hes stories the places he hunted I would remember the places he said in hes stories an I would pull out my dads maps an look for the places when he say when theres nothing here check there if nothing there chexk over there this place that place or this place usually have qavviks when it came to that an I remembered every place sure enough qavvik he showed me the way to the mountains showed me hes routes dont even need gps just look at all the high ridges ......sure miss him an my aapa alot of stories they told me an iv learned alot from them ......we sure would talk alot when we were at carbon an brady one memory I well never forget me an kennedy were at brady just got done eating supper I went out to smoke a cigarette not even 200 yard was a medium size female wolf I shut my smoke off an walked back in he was laying down an he looked at me an ask what? Told him nothing ill be back he jumped up put hes parka on an ran out I was right behind him he had a etec 600 started one shot I was pulling an pulling mine finally started not even 30 secs after I started mine he ask which way I pointed where I saw it an he took off let mine warm up a bit he seen it running for the high hill he climb up to the top soon as I seem jim at the top I cut across the river an stayed on the edge sure enough it was in the river when I look for Kennedy he wss hauling ass down when I caught up to the wolf I shot 3 times an finally shot it 3rd shot I try shoot it from about 10 ft away he holler at me get closer then 5 ft away he holler again get closer I got right up to it not even a foot away an shot it he laugh I joke u coulda shoot it 5 feet away it was alive head up with a shot in the butt hahaha he wanted to see if I was chicken an would do it I told him shit im never doing that again haha good memories with kennedy
