If it was easy everyone would do it. Live your life with passion, with drive, with energy. Decide that you are going to push yourself! Yesterday doesnt matter, last week doesnt matter. We all share one thing each and every day... 24 hours of time. What will you do with your time? You have a goal, we all do. What are you going to do about it? Repeat after me, This year I will make this goal become a reality! I can, I can, I can! We used to provide motivational quotes when posting the daily workout and have gotten away from that with WODIFY. I think we all need a little motivation every once in a while. As the year draws to an end, I challenge every CFW member to make a goal. Please share that goal with a CFW coach or fellow member.
