If the bid by African despots to amend Rome Statute to bar sitting Presidents from facing prosecution at ICC succeeds, know that no African President would dare leave the seat alive.... Constitutions would either be changed to allow limitless terms characterized by massive rigging in favor of the sitting President or term limits would be abolished to allow Presidents for life. Worse still, plenty of coup attempts and civil wars would be engineered to render circumstances difficult to hand over power... ..... a trap is being set for the Kenyan Constitution to be raped, maimed, persecuted, murdered and eventually obliterated.... KENYANS WOULD BE FOOLS NOT TO SEE THIS FAR!
