If the chief ministers of J&K., and West Bengal have decided to absent themselves from the crucial meeting called by Prime Minister to deliberate and decide on formation and implementation of new methologies of planning commission, do they deserve to sit in their chairs? Are they not crossing all the limits of dignity and gentlemanship? Should we not come to the conclusion that they have nothing to do with the planning and development of their states but to destroy them? Dont they have responsibility to attend such important and crucial meeting in the capacity of elected representatives and heads of state governments? Now, people of those states should rise up and show these undeserving chief ministers their places. They should never ever be allowed to take people for granted.
