If the forms of technology used are indeed abused, I agree that the following 10 points will contribute to an overall lack/ deficient development of a child. I have seen a general lack of attention discipline, critical thinking, and physical development in this generation, and while I know that its unfair to blame this entirely on our explosion of technological resources, I believe without hesitation that it is partially responsible. Its a much different world we live in today than even ten to fifteen years ago. I think a radical change in our daily lifestyles and habits has been caused by our global response to technological advances. Thats really not at question. What is, is what will the result be in the next fifteen years? If cellular technology is a class 2b? health risk, what are the medical repercussions? Certainly as far as connectivity and accessibility to information, privacy has been one of the top concerns. I for one tend toward a passive aggressive approach: using technology for my benefit, though decrying the abuses by private and government entities. Its love, hate for me, - though my daughter will still have to wait to get a smart phone until shes 18... or 8........
