It may take some assistance to accomplish them along the way but regardless of what you want to achieve in life, there is one common denominator: YOU. You are the one setting your goals, YOU are the one having those dreams, YOU are the one who is aspiring for greatness and only YOU are the one who can achieve those. Do NOT doubt yourself. Do NOT remain stagnant. Do NOT get comfortable. Do NOT go gently into that good night because time is not something that is guaranteed to any one of us. It does not discriminate gender, race, religion, creed, socioeconomic status. Much liking physical training, in life, we can hit sticking points and plateaus from which the only way to make forward progress is to change things up.
