If these political parties say that they cannot come under the ambit of RTI bcoz thy r not govt institutions then y do these parties hv been using govt institutions as their headquarters n their members using govt accompdations n their MP s n Ministers not vacating premises even after completion of their terms...plus they dnt want to prevent MP s who hv criminal cases against thn frm contesting elections citing tht rival parties may use it as a weapon...n thy r hving a meeting wth d same rival parties to amend this amendment...also thy dnt want Election commission to probe their election expenditures...do we need more evidence n r we nt aware wat has been cooking in indian politics since long...pls in the coming elections participate n at least inquire abt d ryt prsn to whom u vote....Exercise ur Vote !!
