If this guy is guilty he should be prosecuted! But why is it when for example an officer is to busy messing around with his in car laptop and hits and kills a civilian on a bicycle, why is it the officer is not prosecuted but if an officer is killed holly hell what out!! Why in the hell with so many violent cops who violate peoples rights and use excuse after excuse to beat and shoot people, should anyone give a dam about this cop? Maybe he is a fine outstanding officer and did not deserve loosing his life, maybe he is a corrupt POS and karma caught up to him and gave him what he deserved? The more I see of officers with bad attitudes and violent behaviors and the egos and lying and charging people with false charges and getting away with it. I am done with these ass clowns and you just get to the point where you just want to protect yourself from these thugs so you just want nothing to do with any of them! Personally I do not want to call them for anything and do not want to chat or talk with any of them. They can drop into a big hole and disappear for all I care! You just do not know what ones are trust worthy and it is like Russian roulette to figure out what ones you can trust because it seems to be a shrinking list as time goes on!!!!
