If this is how your dog reacts when you leave, I hate to break it to you but you have a dominant dog. To a dog that thinks it is in charge It is not ok for a member of the pack to leave. However, the leader can come and go as he/she pleases. Once you establish yourself as the leader you will be surprised at how accepting your pet will become to your departure.
