If this is not silly,then nothing is.Governor Kuntai of Narok county has just instructed Kerra Engineer Narok County and the bridge contractor not to commission the Angaset bridge with me today.He has even warned the engineer of arrest if he shows up there.Hehee.Yes,we will launch the bridge today.Our people need as many bridges as may be available.If he is itching to construct one,there is Chebaraa bridge.Let him allocate money there.I have even brought him the bailly bridge there and soon I will commission the approach roads to that end.
