If this lady lives in the Bolton boundary, which she does, why should she be stopped from using this facility. The council tax is paid to Bolton, therefore we should be entitled to use any ameneties that this council provides, what next, we are too far for an ambulance ? This happened to me when I was in Horwich, couldnt use ring & ride, as I was too far away. I hope that Blackrod Council battle this, otherwise I think a cut in the taxes should be forthcoming! What other things are we not entitled to use, but people are paying the same rate of tax as if we live in the town centre of Bolton ? In fact I know outlying districts pay that little bit more, action is needed,or we should be asking for a refund .
