If we are provided the opportunity to ask a question of Governor - TopicsExpress

If we are provided the opportunity to ask a question of Governor Christie during Thursdays Town Hall in Mount Laurel, below is a proposed singular and informational question, pinned at informing the Governor of the situation and allowing him to offer possibly a more comprehensive response. However, it is imperative that this question be delivered with the appropriate pace, tone, and clarity to allow proper processing and understanding of the multiple points discussed within. Please provide me with any feedback. Thank you Mr. Governor, I would like to thank you for taking the time to talk with us today. I am a parent of one of the many children affected by the recent decision to close Renaissance Regional Leadership Charter School in the military community of Pemberton Township. My question sir, as I know you are a supporter of charter schools, is why did an interim commissioner make an arbitrary decision to not renew Renaissance’s charter, offering no doctrinal appellate recourse; citing low performance as the basis, but allowing other charter schools the opportunity to have a probation period and remain open, despite less or equal performance of our own?
