If we received your childcare receipts and completed, signed Childcare reconciliation form along with your student coversheet by Wednesday 31 December 2014 your Childcare Allowance payments won’t be suspended on Friday 16 January whilst we carry out the reconciliation. We’ll write to you once your estimated costs have been compared to the receipts you’ve sent us. If you sent your receipts, reconciliation form and coversheet to us by Special Delivery, you can check we’ve received them by the 31st on Royal Mail’s website royalmail/track-your-item. We’re currently scanning documents we received on 22 December 2014. If you sent us your information after 31 December 2014 well still assess your case but payments will be suspended from 16 Jan 2015 until this is completed.
