If yall stopped running to the box office whenever a Tyler perry or a Think like a man comes out, maybe hollywood would get the picture that the black community wants to see actors of color in blockbusters like Lucy, Hercules, & Exodus. You vote with your dollars. When they want to reach out to that demographic they know what to do and who to pick, but these films arent for the tyler perry fan so why use those actors? its not for the think like a man fans so why use those actors? Then you treat Lupita Nyongo like a goddess for playing a slave & Denzel like a god for playing a dirty detective, what do you think theyre gonna do? Give you the color purple 2 and keep it pushing
