If yoga was just stretching then thats what it would be called, but its not, its soooo much more. Its a whole body mobility exercise, helping to release myofascial stress, loosen up body parts to allow and assit further movement and daily activities. It builds strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in ways you never thought possible. It also allows the mind to wander into a meditative state and can be very theraputic as you use the breath as a main component of the class. Within a few weeks of practise I have had people come back from rehab injuries, bad sleep patterns and I also helped a person win a golf competition...(well I beleive I did, as they say they swung alot freer). Dont judge from afar, come and see what its like for yourself. Yoga is for everyone and the door is open if you approach with an open mind. All the celebs are doing it in America, all the biggest and best athletes are doing it- join the elite. Tonight at 8.30pm. Share and tag your friends if you feel they would be interested. :-)
