If you are a for profit company, an equal opportunity employer, you should have to provide equal opportunity health care options without regard to your religious or personal preferences, because your equal opportunity employees,you hired, might not necessarily share your same opinions. So if one employer says Im not providing birth control to my employees, and that would be allowed, whats to stop another employer from saying I dont believe in childhood vaccinations or blood transfusions, or aggressive life saving measures because its not our religious choice and we wont provide insurance coverage for that.
