Dear FB friends who are tired of my posts about race and wish there were more kittens and puppies and other cute stuff in my newsfeed. I get it. This is uncomfortable. But this is a moment in American history where we have the chance to make a turn for the better. Soon, God willing, I will post pictures of a new grandson and other cute things. But first, it matters what kind of world he is born into and it matters what kind of world we all live in. Without justice, there is no cute.
