If you are at level one and you create a problem at level one,that problem cannot be solved with the same level they were created.In order for us to solve the challenges and problems we face in life being it poverty,hardship in life,conflicts,finance difficulties,hard relationships etc we need to move to another level so as we can be able to face them in another level that is different with the one we were before,seek for knowledges,skills etc to equip yourself,may almighty God help you to get there,stay blecd.
