If you are doing resistance/strength training (and everyone can benefit from this), be sure you have a plan for what those sessions look like. Are you doing whole body sessions or splits? What exercises? How many sets and reps are you shooting for in each exercise? How will you track rest periods between sets (very important)? If you go to your session randomly doing exercises with no plan, your results over time may end up very random. Your time is precious. Spend it wisely. You are worth it.
