If you are in Budapest and would like to meet and make friends with Hungarians, come and join my Friend Speed Dating event. It will be on Monday (January 5th) from 18:30 to 20:30 in a downtown Café. I named it Friend Speed Dating because what well do is talking to each other in English for 5-8 minutes then moving on to talk to another person - just like when speed dating but not to find love but friends. Of course, well drink something (beer, tea, coffee, whatever) during the event. The whole event is great fun! The participation is free, you just pay for your drink.
