Resident Advisor Resident Advisors are the glue that hold our community together. These live-in student staff members maintain close contact with residents, plan and implement programs, and enforce University policies. For their integral work in building a safe and happy environment, Resident Advisors receive full room and board for the academic year. As leaders and peer mentors, RAs are motivated, responsible, self reliant and mature. Orientation Leader The position of Orientation Leader allows a student to make a substantial contribution to the University of New England and its new student population. In addition to creating a vibrant, dynamic and educational experience, Orientation Leaders assist new students and their families in making a positive transition to the University of New England.
