If you are not a member of my Fit Healthy You page on FB request an add! It is kept private for our members in case any photos or before/after pics are posted! I post lots of great workouts, recipes, and motivation! Check out todays workout I just posted! Fit Healthy You Workout! Warm up: 5 minutes (jog, butt kicks, treadmill, jumprope...ect) 1. Wall Ups - 10x (Place hands on floor and step feet up onto wall and back down) 2. Squat Jax - 20 (harder - hold a 20lb weight or something heavy!) 3. Treadmill Sprint - 1 minute (no treadmill? Any cardio for 1 minute - jump rope, mountain climbers..ect) 4. Elevated Feet Push ups - 10 5. Elevated feet and hands Tricep Dips (put two chairs about 4-5 feet apart) 6. Treadmill Sprint - 1 minute (or other cardio) Repeat 3-5 times! Write/print this workout! Clip it into your fitness folder/binder which should be full of awesome workouts by now! Handy and ready to use!
