If you are telling people to get over it {whatever it may be}, while you, yourself, are holding onto the past and refusing to move forward, there is the distinct possibility that you are an ass-hat. A point to ponder the next time you are standing upon an unfinished bridge yelling at people to hurry up and build it. It would behoove you to jump down from the pile of rubble you have helped create and start in the building process, too. One can neither build the bridge, nor get over it, while you are blocking passage, dumb-dumb.
