If you are under the impression that we bombed Syria because of the ISIS threat, you need to watch this. The Terror group that Obamas administration is targeting is called Khorasan and its an off spring of al-Queda. Lets hope the administration is correct that this is the biggest threat to America. The way I see it, ISIS is my main concern because they are so well financed. Lets hope this isnt equivalent to the administrations claim to Global Warming being a threat to us. Heres the story: The Khorasan group is a previously largely unknown terror cell made up of senior al-Qaeda members, some going back to the Bin Laden days in the ‘90s. The report indicates that they have been active and our intelligence services aware of them for at least a year. Their specialty in the ever-expanding terrorism marketplace is the interception of western passport holders who are bound for Syria and other points to join in the “jihad” and recruit them for attacks on western nation soil. They are not interested in engaging in the conflict in the Middle East itself, but in using strikes upon our nations to achieve their blood-thirsty objectives. According to the report, this Khorasan group was plotting an “imminent attack on American and Western interests.” Shepard Smith questions Catherine Herridge, citing the coincidental nature of this group making an appearance and posing the imminent threat that was needed to justify and enable the strikes in Syria. Herridge reports that her sources told her the group had moved beyond a research phase into an operational phase, which would consist of actively plotting and evaluating particular actions. That fits the definition of imminent that was needed to justify the attacks.
