If you attend any of my classes youll know how much I love and recommend stretching and maintaining good flexibility. Did you know that regular stretching is just as important as regular exercise and flexibility is one of the 5 components of fitness? Unfortunately most people dont understand the importance of stretching and tend to neglect this aspect of training.
