I will be opening 16 wines (I could not fit any more on my stand!) from some of the worlds greatest producers, with a special focus on the best new wave, organic and biodynamic producers from Bordeaux as well as other classic drops from the likes of Michel Chapoutier, as well, of course, as our own artisan wines from the Adelaide Hills.
