If you cant find the recipe here is my copied to share : 1 can evaporated milk 2 cans condensed milk 6 egg yolks 1/4 cup of butter 1 tbsp corn flour 3 tbsp water Combined all the ingredients except the butter. Cooked them into a low heat in stove and keep stirring until it become sticky. When the pastry are ready add the butter to melt in and also the remaining evaporated milk just to keep the pastry creme remain in the exact consistency and will not curdle the mixture. Then take it out from the stove and let it cool down before using to frost into your cake
