If you cant tell by my posts...Im trying to build a discard-oriented deck. I would like to work out any kinks before I playtest it. With that in mind, I have another question that involves AJ, Plant Leader. At my problem, I have Plant Leader and (insert random off-color friend to fulfill problems requirement). My opponent also meets the requirements at my problem. At my opponents problem, I have Sunny Smiles. The opponents problem is the 1+1/4 starting problem. They have no friends at their problem. We are in my score phase. I perform the confront step (611 in comprehensive rules) for both problems. I am only fulfilling the requirments of my problem, and I score 1 point accordingly. Since my opponent is also meeting the requirements, hilarity ensues, and I win the problem face off. At this point, Plant Leaders ability activates and my opponent discards a card. This in turn triggers Sunny Smiles ability and she gains +1 power. The problem now...she is fulfilling the requirements of my opponents problem. At this point, we cant rewind the game to perform a double problem faceoff. How would this scenario be resolved?
