If you could go back in time and have a conversation with your younger self, what would you say? What fitness related advice would you give? I would definitely tell myself to change my focus from being less, to being more. I would stress the importance of exercise and food as a gift, not a punishment or source of guilt. I would also say that a little extra body fat is not the end of the world regardless of what other people might say. I, like many, started my fitness journey very young with a focus of losing weight. Usually in an extreme way. It caused more harm than good, yet I am grateful for my start. It has evolved into so much more. I used to diet and exercise. Now I eat and train. What a difference mindset can make! Coach Steph
