If you do not believe in Jesus Christ alone, but think that the Churchs rituals and offerings are necessary for your salvation, then youre doomed. Only Jesus Christ can save you, everything else is heresy and pagan doctrines that leads to everlasting fire. Pope Francis says that no one can be saved if they do not follow the Catholic Church, which he calls Mother. The pagan Pope says that no one can have God as Father if they do not have the Catholic Church as Mother. Where is this written in the Bible? Faith comes from God and God alone, not from any church. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2:8 King James Version (KJV) The Catholic Church denies justification by faith alone, it necessarily implies that we must do something for justification, for it is not by faith alone, it must be by faith plus something else. At this point there are many Catholics coming with James 2:24 which says, Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. But here is James talking about dead faith as opposed to living saving faith. James says that if you declare that you have faith, but if this is not reflected in the works of your faith: (What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?) (James 2:14) then it is not the faith that saves you because it is a dead faith (v.17). In other words, a purely intellectual recognition of Christ is a dead faith and causes not re-creation and no change in a persons life. The kind of faith does not justify. It is only the true and living faith in Christ results in justification. When someone is justified, he is truly saved and replicated. Therefore we see the results of a true saving faith when it is manifested in a total change in the life of one who is saved. True faith causes good works, but it is not these works that saves you. Good works are the result of salvation, not the cause of salvation in any way. Roman Catholic theology pronounces a curse and exclusion from Christ, if you believe that you are saved by faith in Jesus Christ alone. But the Bible says: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2:8 King James Version (KJV) Faith in Jesus alone saves you, not humans doctrines and rituals: O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
