If you do your workouts right, you should be feeling like your muscles are inflated like balloons towards the end. Its at this point where you can really take your workout to the next level. Its unlikely you can lift very heavy at the end of your workout, but what you can do is lift for volume by lift low weight at high reps. Im only using 10lbs in this video but each rep consists of a lateral fly, rotate forward, lift up, lower, rotate out, reverse lateral fly. Even with 10 lbs this KILLS. Its a perfect finishing touch to an awesome workout to really get the shoulders pumped. On a side note its hilarious to see a speed up video of me in a #flash tshirt. #fitnerd #nerdswithmuscle
