Super easy to fit this exercise in!! ✨Starting with a plank, make sure everything is engaged before you start. ✨Keeping the are straight, do a reverse circle, coming back to a plank. ✨Repeat with the other arm. Do 5 on each side ✨Then do the starting arm again but bring the circle in the opposite direction. ✨This is easily modified by coming into your knees. If you cant keep your shoulders and hips parallel with the ground, use the modification until you build your strength.
