If you have 10 seconds and you want to, please enter your details on this link below and press send to help stop Tesco selling tuna that, through its capture, kills sharks, rays and turtles - all threatened because of human activity. Theyre not more important than tuna but they are potentially at greater risk. The turtle (which Ill mention specifically only because Im going to be writing about it) has existed for around 250 million years surviving 2 mass extinction events, including the K/T which wiped out the dinosaurs (overall about 80% of life on earth), and now so many of its species are near extinction solely because of human activity, including destructive/over-fishing...(and also alternative medicine and tourism, as well as food.) Obviously this is a huge problem, and not a unique case by any means in the complicated context of human destruction, but after all Every Little Helps (sorry!).
