If you have stolen something and a cop tries to stop you, do NOT walk up to his car window, do NOT turn and walk away from him. do NOT throw your hands up in the air and be arrogant. Do NOT reach for anything. Do NOT make the cop feel threatened. Maybe 12 or so shots was a silly amount but do we know all the facts. The witnesses changed their stories several times. A sad situation but their was fault on both sides. He did steal from a store, should he be dead over that. Absolutely not for that small crime but I was not there, I was not the one that felt threatened and evidently the jury who heard and read all the evidence found reasonable cause to let this police officer go. The ppl want an indictment, then they should use the cameras to get all those who commited arson and theft and give them the indictment that they deserve
