If you havent RSVPd to the Gala, you might want to do that now :-) Our menu includes the following gourmet, wood-fired pizzas from Prairie Fire Oven (baked in a food truck parked in the parking lot during our party): Cheese Margherita Somerset Truffle Whiskey Pig Sausage Mystery pizza - Mix and Match from ingredients (pesto, fig preserve, gorgonzola, cappicola or soppressata, prosciutto) There will be several options of gluten-free pizzas available. In addition to pizza, well have salad, drinks and an assortment of delicious cookies baked from scratch from The Upper Crust bakery.
