If you havent already heard, Inner North Star is starting a juice cleanse in 4 days! We would like all of you to join in! For the purpose of this cleanse, we will be making blended drinks. So if you dont have a juicer, no worries! A simple blender will do, but we recommend the NurtiBullet or some other high powered blending machine. A high powered blending machine ensures that the vegetable matter is broken down so much so that your body can absorb it easily. This also keeps all the fiber which will keep you feeling fuller longer. So if this is your first cleanse, this is a great place to start!
