If you havent prepped your food there is NO valid reason not to get your meals right. Heres my last minute guide to not skipping your meals when stuff comes up and youre stuck: If your meal has protein and carbs: 7/11 or servo: protein bar or tuna can or beef jerky + an apple or rice cakes Supermarket: tuna can, chobani yoghurt or 1/2 a roast chicken breast for protein, bag of salad, microwave rice or rice cakes or fruit for carbs Subway: any low fat 6 inch sub with a lean protein Sumo Salad: gold standard meal out! Make your own salad with pumpkin and beetroot for carbs OR a brown rice/quinoa base, add plenty of low carb veg and a lean protein ANY cafe: chicken, turkey, tuna or ham salad sandwich, no butter, dark rye if possible OR get them to make you a salad, use beetroot/pumpkin for your carbs Pub meal or restaurants: rump or porterhouse (only eat half), ask for salad and a baked potato with no dressing Easy! Ill follow with protein/fats tomorrow.
