If you haven’t been writing down your goals I suggest you begin today. Make one list of your short-term and one for your long-term goals as well. As life changes constantly, your lists may need to adjust every few weeks, but keep what is most important there until you reach them, and then come up with even greater ones to add. Having a list is a great reminder of why you’re pushing yourself so hard in the gym or saying no to the donuts and pizzas. Don’t forget to dream big, make some goals that may seem completely out of reach. You may end up surprising yourself with what you actually accomplish.
