I have helped her though the paperwork and emails at Brandys request. His response were threats and manipulative word play...I am not only a mama-bear to my children, but firstly (by birth order) to my baby sister! I want only to share the emails with you that were sent to Charles just before and after my sister completed the divorce documents. Please understand that Charles told my sister in his highest octaves that he was owed! He used 300lbs of intimidation and yelling on my 125lb baby sister standing 5 feet from him...would you face him again if you were Brandy? Anyways the emails: 9/10/2014-from Charles Brandy, Go online and fill out the divorce stuff and print it. I will sign it as long as you dont put anything retarded in it I dont want anything from you or Mint Salon. Bring them here with Gizmo and that cup of tea you tried to have. Johnny 09/10/2014-from Brandy to Charles Johnny, I have completed the divorce documents and filed them with the Third District Court. Due to our interactions I will have a process server bring you a copy to sign. I dont feel I have put anything unreasonable in it regarding the debt we accrued together during our marriage. I would appreciate you responding promptly and without incident. I regret only that we could not come to a peaceful place and work together to release us both from this situation.
