If you live in #Florida or have a friend, family member, or - TopicsExpress

If you live in #Florida or have a friend, family member, or neighbor who did during the years between 2004 and 2009 who took a mortgage, refinanced, or had a Home Equity Line of Credit, there may be a valid legal claim for mortgage fraud against the lender, even 10 years later. This is legitimate. There are currently 13 test cases in the #Florida courts that have been active for the last year or more. There is now a plan in place to expand these cases and file a federal mass action RICO lawsuit. RICO is a private cause of action with triple civil damages for felony criminal activity done as part of a pattern of racketeering. The government isnt prosecuting the banks to advocate for the common people. The people will have to do what the government wont do. Go to litigationfactoring/ to learn about this case and register to check out if theres a possible #Florida claim (registration is required only to prevent spammers). Claims for damages in these court cases currently range from $300 thousand to $3.4 million, with plaintiffs achieving satisfaction of mortgage upon settlement as part of their claims. All signs point to this as a reasonable outcome whether plaintiffs have already lost their home in foreclosure or a short sale, are in a pending foreclosure action, or are still making payments on their home regularly and faithfully even though the property is underwater or upside-down. Why would any #Floridian who is a distressed homeowner not want to at least check this out to determine if they have a claim? Help spread the word and share this with others. This is a legitimate remedy against the banks, who created the mortgage bubble and are culpable for the damages done to common Americans as a result of this control fraud. Maybe you or someone you know is still entitled to that remedy. Again, if you live in #Florida, or know a #Florida homeowner who does, please check this out for yourself or have them do so today!
