If you live in #Florida or have a friend, family member, or neighbor who did during the years between 2004 and 2009 who took a mortgage, refinanced, or had a Home Equity Line of Credit, there may be a valid legal claim for mortgage fraud against the lender, even 10 years later. The government isnt prosecuting the banks to advocate for the common people. The people will have to do what the government wont do. All signs point to this as a reasonable outcome whether plaintiffs have already lost their home in foreclosure or a short sale, are in a pending foreclosure action, or are still making payments on their home regularly and faithfully even though the property is underwater or upside-down.
