If you live in NC and you are among the individuals penalized by the current legislature and governor in this state--PLEASE read this whole article and COPY it to keep. Refer to it at least weekly and when the next election cycle comes around make sure you are REGISTERED to vote and consider the content of this article and VOTE accordingly. Not promising that you will be happy with everything a Democratic governor and legislature will enact but I would be willing to bet you will be a lot more happy with them than the current administration. This is beyond shameful--it is criminal; I know there are people receiving benefits they may not deserve but there are a few bad apples in any basket. Everyone I know who receives extra help when they need it is deserving of the help. I will now climb off my soapbox
